We are hiring Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Healthcare Sector Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and regulatory compliance for our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience navigating UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA) and specialized knowledge of healthcare licensing authorities (DHA/DOH/MOHAP). Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Manage and renew facility licenses and ensure all medical staff possess valid DHA/DOH/MOHAP licenses. Visa & Labor Processing: Handle end-to-end visa processes (new, renewals, cancellations) including Emirates ID and medical fitness tests for all employees. Government Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, including the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and health authorities. Document Management: Maintain accurate company files, trade licenses, and employee records in accordance with UAE labor laws. Administrative Support: Assist with office administrative tasks, including medical insurance coordination and NOC letters. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, specifically within a hospital or medical center. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law and expertise in using online government portals (Tasheel, Amer, Sheryan). Language: Proficient in English fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing) is preferred. (Not Mandatory) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. License: A valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage for this role. Benefits Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (Negotiable).
