We’re Hiring – UAE Based HR Professionals! Guildhall is seeking talented HR specialists for a diversified landscape group operating in the UAE. We have two key openings: 1️⃣ Employee Welfare Officer Responsible for promoting employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement across the organization. Requirements: * Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field * 10+ years in employee welfare, HR, or employee relations in the UAE/GCC * Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, benefits, insurance, and health & safety * HR, labor law, or occupational health & safety certification is a plus 2️⃣ Compensation & Benefits Specialist Responsible for managing and optimizing compensation and benefits programs in the UAE and other locations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Requirements: * Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field * 15+ years in compensation & benefits in the UAE/GCC * Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and benefits regulations * Experience with compensation structures, market benchmarking, HRIS, and payroll systems
